When the temperature below to 125 degree C, Acrylic needle punched felts have good resistance to the organic solvents,oxidizing agent,inorganic and organic acid .
Homo polymer is difficult to hydrolyze,so in the low temperature, wet place to replace the polyester filter bags.
Our needle punched polyacrylonitrile felt can be used in low or moderate temperature environment, exhibiting excellent resistance to oxidant and acid without hydrolysis. It can replace PET felts in low temperature environment. And show higher elastic modulus, tensile strength and better heat-resistance than PP felts.
